  • Do you provide unlocking software for other car manufacturers?
    Currently we only provide software for BMW, Rolls Royce and Mini

  • Why you need the VIN Number of my car for the order?
    The VIN number on a car is used to identify the exact specifications of that vehicle for a customized unlock. It pretty much is like the DNA of you vehicle. That's how we can tell how your car was configured to be able to unlock it.

  • Can this software be used on multiple cars?
    No. Because each car is configured differently from the manufacturer, each software is custom made for that specific car.

  • Will using this software void the warranty of my car?
    No. Unlike other "coding" methods or "hardware wiring" methods, we do not modify anything in your vehicles computer system. We simply remove the limiter directly from your DVD head unit. You can always restore back to the original state at any time by running the software again.

  • Do I need to reinstall the software every time I take the car to the dealer?
    If the dealer changes your firmware the system will be reset. In some cases you can install the same software again to unlock it. In a rare, unforeseen event that the manufacturer comes out with a updated/new firmware for the car, we would then begin developing the new software and if you had purchased within a year then you would receive a complimentary software once it is finished getting developed. This complimentary programming is valid for 1 year from date of purchase

  • Will I be able to play video from my iPhone?
    No. At this stage iPhone/Android playback has not yet been completed. However, a method you can use is to download and store Video/Music Videos from YouTube or other sources onto a USB drive and play it through your center armrest. For this your would need to purchase the USB Video Playback option

  • I don't know how to copy files onto a USB, What can I do?
    The process is very simple and we can assist you over the phone. Alternatively ou can order the software by mail. Shipping cost will vary depending on your location.

  • What kind of support do you provide?
    Our software is a very simple do-it-yourself software and 99% of the time you would easily be able to do it without any issues. In case you need assistance we are always here to help and can be reached via email, Skype or by phone.

  • What happens if the dealer updates my firmware?
    In most cases you will need to re-install the software again to unlock. In a rare event that the manufacturer comes up with a completely new firmware version for your vehicle, if we have developed it you will receive a complimentary software in your first 12 months of purchase

  • How long will it take for my software to be ready?
    It typically takes about 3-5 hours for us to program and email you the software, that is if we receive the order within 9am-6pm EST Mon-Sat. However in certain cases it might take longer. If you have not received your software within 24 hours please contact us.
